Galloping Gourmet require a Junior Sous Chef for Wasing Park, Aldermaston, Berkshire, RG7 4WG
We are a rapidly growing, dynamic company providing the finest quality, modern British food to high-end wedding clients at beautiful, privately-owned estates and venues around the UK.
The successful candidates must be self-motivated, have a passion for good food showing skill and creativity in their cooking, calm under pressure and be able to work in a small team. Experience in weddings & conferences 100+ covers plated preferred together with a strong background in food led establishments.
The positions are available immediately with interviews taking place in the coming weeks. Your own transport is essential for these positions. All candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK.
Exceptionally good hours with few late nights.
