Galloping Gourmet are looking for a reliable, hardworking Front of House Manager to join our rapidly growing, dynamic company who is proud to provide the finest quality, modern British food and drink to high end wedding clients, at Curradine Barns, in the heart of the Worcestershire countryside.
The successful candidates must be self-motivated, have a passion for good food and service show calmness under pressure and be able to work with a small team. Experience in high volume restaurants, weddings and conferences venues, 100+ covers.
Own transport is essential due to the location
Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK
1 years’ experience preferred however training will be provided
Report to the Event Manager or Bar Manager on Duty
Some lone working
Evening food service management through to lock-up procedure
Front of house co-ordination and management at the required events
Non-wedding event set-up and management
An understanding of the administration systems and use these in line with accepted policy
Train, brief and delegate the service teams
Work alongside the bar manager to deliver the event
Work closely with the client to ascertain their individual needs and effectively deliver the product.
Be a direct link between the client, the venue and GG
