Galloping Gourmet is rapidly growing, dynamic company providing the finest quality, modern British food and bar services to high-end wedding clients at beautiful, privately-owned estates and venues around the UK.
We are searching for a committed, proactive and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Morden Hall, to work alongside our events team making sure that we provide a day to remember for our couples.
The successful candidate will help with the hiring and training of staff, and ensure our customers receive excellent drinks and service.
You will also be responsible for maintaining current licenses objectives, create rotas, stock control and orders. You should have experience working at a fast pace and managing a team of bar staff. In order to succeed as a Bar Manager, you should be observant and have the ability to think critically and efficiently. You should be a skilled communicator with excellent problem solving, observation, and interpersonal skills
Bar experience as a Manager or a supervisor.
A personal Licence would be an advantage but no essential, but you must be willing to attend a course.
Own transport is required due to opportunities to move around all Galloping Gourmet venues.
The London Weighting Allowance is included in the salary.
Good communication skills.
