We’ve included some fantastic new wedding drinks options in our 2018 menus. Find out how these cocktail stations make a brilliant addition to a wedding celebration.
We have an extensive range of wedding drinks available throughout the entire day, from world-class wines to locally-sourced guest ales. Our new cocktail stations will offer an interactive experience where guests can pick their flavours and garnishes with the help of our expert bar teams.
We’ve added five bespoke stations to our menus and these are just some of our current favourites. However, there are countless choices available including the option to create-your-own bespoke wedding cocktail! Using ingredients and flavours that are of significance to a wedding couple personalises each stage of the day; perhaps recreating the cocktail that was enjoyed on the day of engagement, or even a particular rum that brings back memories of an exotic holiday together.
Our martini station has become a real hit, with a choice of passionfruit or espresso, we think the ideal time to serve these is after dinner. A great way to start the evening party for day and night guests.
Or how about a boozy hot chocolate station for the colder months? You could add Baileys, Tia Maria or even Cointreau to make yours taste like a chocolate orange – delicious! Our stations come complete with whipped cream, and mini marshmallows, and are fabulous served alongside our range of savoury evening food dishes such as wood-fired pizza.
When the weather starts to improve what would be more fun than a create-your-own Mojito station, served outside during the canapé reception. Our spin on this includes fresh pineapple, strawberry and mixed berries that can be muddled with white rum, lime and mint for a modern take on the much-loved classic.
Our favourite new wedding drinks idea for 2018 has to be our hard lemonade station. Here you can select a flavoured vodka, like citron or vanilla, and mix it with a choice of raspberry, elderflower or traditional cloudy lemonades. This unique setup is sure to be a talking point for guests and looks as good as it tastes!
Finally, we love the idea of a rum punch station. This would be the ideal accompaniment to our casual dining package which offers a barbecue, buffet, spit-roast or slow-roasted meat main course. White, dark and spiced rum can be selected and added to a host of tropical juices, topped off with fresh fruits.
