Bassmead Manor Barns Takes Top Award At TWIA 2017

It’s with great pleasure that we can announce that the breathtaking Bassmead Manor Barns picked up the title of Countryside Wedding Venue of the Year at The Wedding Industry Awards 2017.

This stunning barn wedding venue in Cambridgeshire pipped venues from all over the country to this prestigious title and received fantastic results across the board from their happy couples and the judging panel alike.

It’s easy to see why this breathtaking venue claimed the title too, with its unique blend of traditional and contemporary, magical wedding reception and ceremony spaces like nothing else around, and idyllic surroundings which create a wonderfully relaxed setting for a truly special day.

It wasn’t just the remarkable venue that received plenty of praise, however. For many of their delighted guests, it was our experienced and dedicated Galloping Gourmet team that elevated Bassmead Manor Barns above the competition.

This fantastic barn wedding venue impressed its couples so much, they even scored full marks for their quality of expertise and guidance, the efficiency of the team and the quality of the reception rooms and ceremony spaces.

Needless to say, our Galloping Gourmet team and the owners of Bassmead Manor Barns were thrilled, and Cordelia Squire had this to say.

“We are honoured and delighted to be the TWIA National Wedding Venue of 2017 (countryside). It means a huge amount to both Richard and me as venue owners and the whole team here. We are passionate about delivering a beautiful venue, wonderful service and the days of our couples’ dreams. It’s humbling to know we have fulfilled this for so many couples, and of course, we will strive to continue to do so in the future.”

We would like to say a big congratulations to Bassmead Manor Barns and we are certain that they will continue to create the unforgettable weddings for which they have become nationally renowned.
